Terms of Service for nude. Hair Salon

Welcome to nude. hair salon. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointments may need to be rescheduled.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the missed service.

3. Service Pricing

  • All service prices are subject to change without notice. Clients will be informed of any price changes before service is rendered.

  • Additional charges may apply for services that require extra time or products.

4. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Gratuities are very appreciated but not mandatory.

5. Product Returns

  • Products purchased at nude. may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided the product has not been opened or used and has original tags.

6. Client Expectations

  • We strive to provide a pleasant and relaxing environment. We kindly ask clients to respect our staff and other clients.

  • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times.

7. Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

8. Liability Waiver

  • nude. will not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Clients acknowledge this waiver upon booking an appointment.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

  • nude. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their next appointment.
